Hyper-Local NYC Influencer Activation For AAPI Community Awareness

Square produced a short film, Our Chinatown, about the resiliency of AAPI-owned small business in NYC’s Chinatown. The film highlights themes of family, belonging, opportunity, and the American dream. With the launch of the short film, we connected Square with real, hyper-local AAPI-creators who could visit the specific Chinatown locales mentioned in the film and further the storytelling through their own personal narratives. We sourced & contracted AAPI-identifying influencers & allies who visited NYC Chinatown and created compelling content on-site, leveraging Instagram reels, posts, and stories to share personal experience and encourage audiences to visit Chinatown and watch the Square short film.

LGBTQ+ Influencers for a Charitable Collection Launch

Saks OFF 5th partnered with The Phluid Phoundation, an organization that strives for positive social change through advocacy, community, and cultural awareness. In collaboration with The Phluid Phoundation, Saks OFF 5th launched a limited-time online capsule collection with all net proceeds donated to charity. We casted diverse LGBTQ+ content creators to produce content across reels, posts and stories. Influencers shared their own personal stories about what PRIDE means to them, and promoted the capsule collection for a great cause.

Partnering with New-Moms for a Breast Pump Launch

With the launch of the all new Pump In Style® with MaxFlow™ breast pump, Medela wanted to partner with real new moms who could speak to the “hardworking pump" for the “hardworking mom.” We connected Medela with authentic mom influencers who were newly breastfeeding; specifically, we prioritized moms with TWINS. Double the mouths, double the pumping, and double the need for this “hardworking pump.” These incredible moms shared authentic stories about their personal breastfeeding journeys, encouraging an open dialogue about feeding and pumping.

San Francisco & D.C On-Site Farmers Markets

Apple Pay and Square worked with local farmer’s markets in both San Francisco and D.C. We identified hyper-local influencers who could visit these on-site markets and encourage followers to place market-box deliveries online for pick-up, with payment via Apple Pay. We worked with foodies and lifestyle creators who produced stunning Instagram recipes with their fresh market produce, while supporting their local-small business markets and encouraging a COVID-safe pickup and shopping experience.

Home Decor & DIY Behind-The-Scenes Content

In the midst of COVID, we saw a lot of changes in the ways people lived and worked. What better time to re-do an at-home space than in the height of national pandemic? We identified creative DIY & home improvement influencers who could highlight Walmart as the quintessential one-stop-shop for all home-refresh needs. Creators took us behind-the-scenes as they renovated and redecorated spaces from the garage, to home-office, to kitchen & more. With Instagram Stories, creators showed the real step-by-step processes of their home makeovers, and revealed the amazing final projects.

Foodies, Urbanites & Families for Grilling Season

BBQGuys is a major online retailer for all things grill-related. With recipes, kitchen tools, grill equipment and more, we wanted to partner with diverse foodies who could speak to the offerings and share what made them #BornToGrill. Specifically, we wanted to work with creators whose content would present unique-photo opportunities for the brand. This was a huge push for new user-generated content for BBQGuys brand assets, and we connected BBQGuys with influencers whose personal storytelling provided a fresh viewpoint, atypical of the brand’s Suburban backyard consumer. Think Grilling with the NYC Skyline in the Background or Grilling On-The-Go with a Camper Grill.

Event Planning & Celebrity Teen Brand Ambassadors

Looking to ramp up among Gen Z consumers, Crayola launched a line of Take Note products targeted towards a more teenaged audience. In partnership with Crayola, we identified and contracted some of the nation’s most extraordinary youth influencers and teen-celebrities to attend the 2019 Teen Choice Awards in Hermosa Beach, CA. We coordinated flying out all youth talent & their parents to attend the event, create content, and appear in the #TeenChoice pre-show. Youth talent included actress Marsai Martin, professional dancer Kida the Great, chef Logan Guleff, model Celai West, activist Mari Copeny, and sibling-entrepreneurs behind Are You Kidding Socks.
